This device is an infrared temperature measuring device that is refined enough to measure changes in temperatures of one-tenth of a degree with less than one-quarter of an inch separation.
It is light, fits in your hand, and has a digital display screen, a laser pointer to guide your IP scan, and this model has been specially modified for SRA to have an audible high or low temperature limit setting to tell you when you identify an active IP.
This unit will decrease the stress on the hands, fingers, and thumbs experienced from palpating for IP’s. And there is an optional belt holster available for carrying and safe storage.
