Registration Policy

All Material is Registered Copyright and reproduction or conveyance is subject to copyright law. Registered Copyright allows for prosecution of unlawful reproduction or dissemination and includes attorney's fees, lost revenue, cease and desist, and additional tort settlements. Your registration for any SRA course implies acknowledgement of protected material and agreement not to copy, disseminate or attempt to teach any part of it, in any form.

Payment

• Full payment is required to reserve your position on the course date chosen. Course prices shown are for 30 days advance registration. Late registration, add $50.00. You may also wish to call for enrollment specials in your area.

Enrollment Size

• Enrollment is limited per instructor for quality assurance and skill development.

Registration fee includes

• Seminar instruction workbook with assessment and treatment charts
• 2 Day (Level 1), or 3 Day (Level 2), Hands-On Training Seminar
• 16 (Level 1), or 24 (Level 2), Continuing Education credits (NCBTMB Catagory A) (BOC)
• Certificate of Completion

  Cancellation & Fees

  • Full payment is required to reserve your place in the course. Enrollment is limited. Fee includes workbook, seminar instruction, hands-on training and certificate of completion.
  • You will receive email or phone confirmation after payment is received in our office.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Spinal Reflex Institute, Admissions Dept., 1401 Main Avenue, Suite B., Durango, CO 81301.
  • You may cancel your registration up to 30 days prior to the seminar date and receive the full amount less a $100.00 processing fee.
  • If you need to cancel less than 14 days prior to the seminar, you may transfer your tuition to any other seminar within 6 months of date of original less a $100.00 processing fee.
  • Cancellation policy may vary for courses that are specialized, limited in number of students or priced with special product and package discounts. See individual classes or call 1-877-259-5520 for details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time. We will make every attempt to notify you of changes 7-10 days prior to scheduled seminar. You may choose to transfer your registration to a later date or receive a full and prompt refund.
    
  • SRI / SRA is not responsible for any guaranteed airline/hotel reservation, or losses due to course cancellation.

  Product Returns

  For Refund, Return or Exchange consideration, products must be received in original condition with packing slip, within seven days of receiving the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Products must not be marked on or altered in any way. Software, Videos and DVD's are not eligible for refund or return, except in exchange for duplicate item if product is defective.

  Tax Law

  • Your educational costs may be tax deductible. Consult your tax code or tax accountant for information in your home country and state.

  Requirements

  • SRA Levels I-II are recommended for post-graduate study. Enrollment is restricted as such to minimize substandard application of SRA material by untrained professionals.

  Proof of profession

  • A copy of a license to practice, governmental licensing for your field, certificate of graduation from an accreditied school is required, or proof of enrollment in final stages of a massage school, physical therapy degree, or other equivalency.
