• SRT Courses Sold Separately
• You must register for SRT Course to qualify for group travel discount
• Alumni Upgrade - $325 Bahamas course only - must have previous SRA/SRT training
• Basic or Professional 3 Day Refresher Bahamas course only - must SRT Certified at chosen level
• All previous training will be verified to determine appropriate pricing
  
• $699.00/$559.00/$469.00 Price is per person (adult) double occupancy
• Advertised Alumni Upgrade Course discounts may be applied prior to Dec 31, 2011, to the Course Cost as applicable
• Referral Discounts are for referring students new to SRA/SRT training
• Referral Discounts when applied to a Payment Plan will be taken from the total amount due and be reflected in a reduction or the final scheduled payment or payments as appropriate
• Deadline for Bahamas course registration is January 15, 2012
• Payment Plans are available for SRT Courses only, Vacation Package portion must be paid in full by January 3, 2012
• Vacation Package Portion requires a $200.00 deposit at time of registration and must be paid in full by January 15, 2012.
• Vacation Package may not be cancelled. You may wish to purchase travel insurance from an independent provider to cover cancellation of travel and accommodation portion of this offer.
  
• Flights to and from Grand Bahamas Island and Ft. Lauderdale (included in package) are non-refundable subject to the terms and conditions of the airline.
• Courses may not be cancelled or refunded. All regular SRT Terms and conditions apply to course portion. Terms and policy subject to change without notification. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled course date, or it be changed by SRI Intl., you will have up to one year from your originally scheduled course date, to attend another regularly scheduled course.
• Cancellation Policy and Complete Terms and Conditions Apply, please review carefully.
• Transportation to and from your home to Ft. Lauderdale Florida are not included
• Expect $12.00 - $18.00 per person, one way for cab fare from Grand Bahamas Airport to Viva Wyndham Resort
• There will be a onetime, $50.00 administration fee for adding ‘non-student’ travel companions. (i.e add a spouse - $50.00 total, add a spouse and 2 children - $50.00 total)
• Proof of Citizenship:
  Airline Passengers: A valid passport is required for travel. (Allow 3 weeks for passport application) Birth Certificate will no longer be accepted.
  Persons under the age of 18, traveling without their legal guardian, must have a signed, notarized letter of permission from their legal guardian to travel outside the U.S.
  Non US Citizens: Call to verify documents needed to travel. (800-375-5283)
  
• SRA Pre-Course Study Policy
  All required pre-class preparation including study, online exams and case studies must be completed prior to workshop as appropriate for each Program and outlined on our website and course syllabus.
